You can make the initial payment for your reservation on our website and access your invoice. After the estimate has been correctly made, you access your service contract and can pay the company directly, by cash, card or online.

Please fill out our form so we know what we need to clean. We need to know the details to make an estimate. You also have the tool that we provide for free on the web where you can get an estimate of the cost of cleaning your house, although it can always vary and be adjusted for your benefit. Once you fill out the form, or make a reservation, our team will contact you to review it.
We love pets, but they may not always love us back. While cleaning, we have noticed that pets can get overly nervous, so we ask that you make temporary accommodations for your pets while we are in your home.
We keep standard rates for all jobs, that way our clients feel more comfortable without worrying about hidden charges.
Most quotes are made based on the number of rooms, bathrooms and additional services such as interior oven or balcony cleaning, deep cleaning, etc. The price also changes if you want your house cleaned weekly, biweekly or monthly!
There is also a 20% initial discount for all new clients.
It’s all up to you if you’re home during your cleaning appointment! When you make a reservation, you’ll be asked to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or would like to leave a key somewhere or with someone, just let us know before your scheduled appointment how you’d prefer us to access your home. You can add detailed instructions on your form, online, or just let us know via email. Also, feel free to stay during the cleaning. Do whatever is most comfortable for you. After all, we’re here to serve you.
Please note that if we can’t access the house for any reason (for example, if it’s locked or if there’s no water), 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged. So, make sure our team can access it and that water is available.
Yes, Shiny Rock LLC is insured and bonded. We are always careful. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment ending either by email at shinyrockbrevard@gmail.com or by calling or texting us at 321-364-6042.
No, we provide supplies and all the equipment needed to clean your home, with a few exceptions.
We know that sometimes you have your favorite product and we are happy to use your items if you provide them to us and it does not affect the quality of the service. These items must be left in plain sight of our cleaning staff and accompanied by instructions on their use.
We go everywhere in Brevard County. We clean in all of these cities: Cape Canaveral, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Grant, Grant Valkaria, Indialantic, Indian Harbour Beach, Malabar, Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Melbourne Village, Merritt Island, Micco, Palm Bay, Palm Shores, Patrick Afb, Port Saint John, Rockledge, Satellite Beach, Scottsmoor, Sharpes, Titusville, West Melbourne, Cocoa West, Suntree-Viera, Grant-Valkaria, South Patrick Shores, and Patrick Air Force Base. We also clean all of Orlando County as we have new partnerships so if you have a friend or family member in this county we would love to help you out as well.
